About Heart It Forward Cafe
Our Story
Heart It Forward Pty Ltd. Founder & Director Rodelyn Daguplo followed her heart in helping the community and heard the silent cry of the few NDIS participants that want to continue to work in a supported employment in the cafe settings. Rodelyn being a cafe manager for 2.5 years , a barista and a support worker in a Supported Employment cafe got her heart and soul attached to the place and the people she worked with so Rodelyn fights with all her heart and soul for what she wanted for the people that she cares and values. On March 2025 the Heart It Forward was born. Heart It Forwards means giving it back to the community. Heart It Forward Cafe and Support Services started operating at 1377 Point Nepean Road ROSEBUD on 4th April 2025 in time for the celebrations for Autism month awareness.
Our Founder Rodelyn Daguplo is a disability support worker and an aged care worker for almost 20 years. She is also a primary school teacher in the Philippines and a Kinder Teacher in Australia. She is a DV survivor and a DV advocate. She is a co-author of #She Wins 2 book that is published in USA. She also featured twice in Beauty Queens Magazine in USA and few magazine and local newspaper in Australia for her charity works. She hold a 2 International Beauty Queen Title that she competed in Singapore and South Korea and some local beauty queen titles in Australia to raise funds for her chosen charity helping DV survivors and for the Filipino community building in Laverton. She is an Autism mum for her son Alexander and her daughter Christy. Rodelyn raised her two children on her own for the last 10 years since Alexander was 2.5 years old and Christy was 1 years old.
At Heart It Forward Cafe, we believe in the power of community and connections. Our cafe is inclusive, a warm and welcoming space where guests can enjoy delicious food and drinks while fostering relationships with one another.
Heart It Forward Cafe is not just an ordinary Cafe. It is a Supported Employment Cafe were everyone is given an opportunity to gain training and employment in a inclusive environment.
At Heart It Forward Cafe everyone is welcome with an open arms and open heart.
It is a cafe that is a happy place and a safe heaven for a few.

Some of our food and drinks are made by our supported employment participants and serve with a genuine smile.
We also have Filipino groceries that we want to share to the community so everyone can try and make some Filipino dish and feel connected to the Filipino roots.
