Rodelyn Daguplo – Founder
Rodelyn is the Founder of Heart it Forward Pty Ltd, with passion for inclusion and community support. With over 20 years of experience with aged care, disability support and teaching, Rodelyn’s journey has always been driven with purpose.
Her experience managing a supported employment cafe and working as a barista inspired a deep passion for creating meaningful opportunities for NDIS participants. She is a mother of a child diagnosed with ASD, a co-author of #SheWins2, domestic violence survivor, and an international beauty queen who uses her platform to support Domestic Violence Survivors and raised awareness for causes close to her heart.
The Cafe
The cafe is more than just a place to enjoy great food – it’s a Supported Employment Cafe, where people of all abilities are welcomed, trained, and employed in a nurturing, inclusive environment. It’s a safe haven, joyful space and community hub were kindness is served alongside coffee.
